Disabling stories or podcasts

I don't listen to podcasts, I've listen to maybe 2 hours in my life, not on Spotify yet they are all over my homepage. Id say 3 or 4 out of 10 categories(I.e. Favorite music, nostalgia music ect.) are all about pod casts that I give zero **bleep**s about.

Is there anyway of disabling stories from being in my homepage, although not a terribly frustrating problem to have I'd like to know if there's something I can do about this.
