Keep in mind that the Discover Weekly playlist varies in availability across different countries and regions. 

Since Spotify launched recently in Ukraine this playlist isn't yet available in your country. However, keep in mind that we constantly work on updating the app features, so if you can’t see this playlist right now, it may appear with future updates.

Is there any information when this feature will appear in Ukraine? That was only reason why i have switched to Spotify

Thanks for getting back to us. 

When we launch Spotify in new countries the Discover Weekly is disabled for let's say the first 3 weeks or so, given that users typically won't have enough listening data for us to generate the contents of this playlist.

We can't confirm a specific point in time when the playlist will become available in your country. However, keep an eye out as it might appear in your Made For You in the near future.
