Downloaded songs deleting multiple times

My Question or Issue

 I've had to re-download thousands of songs every day for the last week. Before it would do it, say every week, maybe every other week. Always when I'm not on wifi. Yesterday I had to redownload twice, twice about 3 days ago. I've just had to redownload it again, 12 hours after I last downloaded all the songs again. 

Don't pretend nothing is wrong, when something clearly is. I've been using spotify for years, its never been this bad - and I'm quite happy to change service if its not sorted soon. There are 4 more posts like this on the first page of this thread, yet I've seen moderators say theres no official complaints. Look at the forums.
