Please i need to now how can make the icon for downloading songs active, I am not in a premium account and can't see the the icon for downloading

Hey @SallyMaowd,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

 

Downloading your music is one of the main features you have with a Premium subscription. The download button is represented with and arrow pointing down. When you don't have that playlist/album downloaded, the arrow will be shown in gray OscarDC_0-1666122944671.png.

 

However, when you hit/click that icon it starts downloading the tracks. When the track is downloaded, it will have the icon filled in green showing that it is already downloaded OscarDC_1-1666123040170.png.

 

In case you have any issue downloading your music, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.
