Am an air crew member on a layover in South Korea and my Premium Spotify account just stopped working on my iPhone 14 Pro.  Have been relegated to Spotify Free and cannot access library of over 300 songs I have chosen over the last year.  Can't get any support of resolution of problem.  Thinking of cancelling Spotify because am not able to resolve
