Have lost all my playlists

Free (was Premium and would like to return to Premium)

Country: UK

 

Device: Google Pixel4a/ MacBook Air (but I had an iphone before jan 2021)

Operating System: Android/ macIOS Ventura (but I had a Windows PC before Jan 2022)

 

 

My Question or Issue

 

I logged in one time about a year or two ago (perhaps around the time when i got my new Android phone and I switched from iPhone) and all my playlists were gone (except for a more recent one), and all my saved podcasts/subscriptions were gone as well. 

 

I have just not used the service since, but I would like to come back and use it more, therefore even go back to Premium. 

 

I won't do that if my playlists (curated over many many years) are gone. I have done nothing to have them deleted. I could not recover them via the menu 'recover playlist' function you have. 

 

Please can you help?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

There is a possibility that you've logged in on a different account. This is the most common reason for being unable to find playlists on the account. Could you go over the steps in this article to check if this is the case? 

 

If you don't find a secondary account, it's ok to contact our customer support team as well so they can help you further. Here is how to do this.
