Thanks for posting in the Community! We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

On demand listening means that you're able to listen to what you want, whenever you want. If your account is on Premium you can select any track from a playlist or album, or play the opening track and Spotify will automatically play the remaining tracks in the order they’re listed. You can also turn the shuffle play on and off. 

We'd recommend that you take a look this page for more info on the differences between the free and Premium.

Keep in mind that the mobile app doesn't support on demand listening for Free users. This, however, is possible in the Desktop app, so in order to maintain a balance between the two, Spotify Connect allows Free users to control the music from their phone while listening on their desktop, but not the other way around.
