Home screen freez

Home screen freez

App is freezing on home screen, Reinstaled, rebooted and still the same.

Opening by long pressing icon and sarch works but every time i click on home screen app freez.

In this stage the app is unusable, please HELP.

Could you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall? This one is more thorough than the usual one. Are there any changes?

 

In case you're using any battery optimization or power saving apps, you can deactivate them for Spotify. Does that make a difference?

Thank for reply, i did follow that link step by step and its still the same.

And im not using any power saving apps.

 

Whats my options now? Its realy anoing to pay for something i cannot use 😞

Can you try switching Background app refresh On/ Off? Let us know if that helps.

 

If not, try logging in with another account. A free account or ask a friend to log in with theirs, and check if you experience the same issue.

I did nothing at all, and it starts working, so now its solved sor me, hope it will not reappear.
