How to play only songs not listened to before

How to play only songs not listened to before

how do I get Spotify to play only songs that I haven’t listened to before? I know I can just change stations but I want to listen to certain stations, Spotify just plays the same songs I’ve listened to from certain stations TOO much. I know I can make a queue but that takes time. Is there a way to set Spotify to play songs in a playlist that I haven’t listened to only?

Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

As of now, there is no such feature to toggle between your known and unknown songs. Feel free to suggest an idea in the ideas board though.

There is no direct way to do this but as you mentioned making your playlist or queue would work. A simpler way could be downloading your content on the desktop app and then browsing.

In that way, you will find that every item you have saved in your library has a downloaded icon below the title. You can then batch-select the other items without the downloaded icon and add them to a playlist or queue. Just like that, you will be able to find content not saved in your library.

Let me know if you need help with anything else.
