I Keep getting Devices and Artists on my profile that arent mine

My Question or Issue

Hi All

I am new to the Spotify App and have been having the weirdest issues. I listen on my Pc almost everyday and most days at some point in the day my computer will stop playing and when i look its connected/Playing through another device, Normally a device that i dont own. Its not the same device every time either. 

Every now and then after this happens i seem to get a set of Artists on my follow panel that i dont know. 

This does happen on my Cell phone as well but i havent noticed it as often.

I have changed my password but it still continues so can only assume that some how spotify has linked another account to mine somehow. 

Any ideas?
