I can't listen to a song

My Question or Issue

I want to play the song "Tu falta de querer" by Mon Laferte but I can't, I asked a friend (from my same country) if he could listen to it, and he can.

When I press the 3 dots option there's a red option that says "ocult" (you can see it in the screenshot) and when I press that option nothing happens

Based on your screenshot, it looks like the "hide this song" option was somehow turned on for that track. I recommend liking/unliking the song to see if that does the trick.

If it doesn't, it's worth performing a clean reinstall of Spotify on your device to see if that fixes the issue. Please be sure to follow that link because there are some additional steps that are not part of a normal reinstall.
