My Question or Issue

Hi, I've been having this problem for so long...basically I can't play any songs from multiple artists: Nirvana, Arctic Monkeys, my **bleep** valentine (just to name a few). The names of the songs are NOT greyed out and I can't figure out why it doesn't let me play them. I've searched for multiple solutions but none have worked. I recently made a new account, and the songs that don't play on my MAIN account play on this NEW account. I can't figure the problem. I attached a picture of how it looks when I click play (it doesn't play the song and the minute counter on the bottom doesn't move and doesn't have the length of the song).

Hey @cryozeta,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community!

We can suggest to log out and then to log back in (with your main account), in the app twice in a row, as this triggers a refresh between the app and your account and may help to resolve any possible cache-related issues. Check if the songs are then playable for you.

If the double restart of the app doesn't do the trick for you, then you can also check if you have not actually blocked those particular Artists for that account. The setting to look for is on your mobile app, at the Artists' main profile, using the 3-dotted menu.  You can check there if "🚫 Don't play this" is toggled on and change that setting if needed.

Hope this helps. Let us know how you get on.
