I can't sync my win PC with my Iphone

I've been trying to sync my PC with my Phone for a while, but every time I try, the playlist on my Phone gets synched, but the songs inside are grey and unplayable. I was wondering if the issue could be that the PC is connected to the rooter with wire and Phone is connected to normal WiFi.

In order for the local files to sync, both your PC and your iPhone need to be connected to the same network. Could you confirm that your PC is connected to the router with an ethernet cable and you've connected your iPhone to your router's wifi?

If yes, then make sure that you've enabled the sync from desktop on your iPhone. This can be done under the app's Settings > Local Files. Note that you'll need to allow Spotify to find devices in the prompt that shows.

Another thing to check is if Spotify is allowed to access local network in the iPhone's settings > Privacy > Local Network.
