I cant listen to one specific artist

My Question or Issue

i can literally listen to anything but i can not listen to bilie eilish and i cant understand why i need help.
I click on the play of any of her music but dont start playing but if i click on any other artist just starts playing at the same time.

 I really miss listening to her songs 😞

 I already tried on my phone and computer and didnt play

We'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any corrupted files that might be causing issues.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you let us know the make, model and OS version of your phone, along with the exact Spotify version you're currently running on both devices?

I did it but I still can't listen to her but a I can listen to any other artist

Can you log in with another account, such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists?

I switched to my sister account and just starts playing at the same time but on mine it doesnt play, using the same device (Moto 5G) , im using the last version (8.6.48.796)

We'd like to make sure if this issue is isolated to your account. So please access your account on another device, it could be your sister's phone, and let us know if you're able to play Billie Eilish.

I tried on her cell phone but i couldnt play on my acc, so i switched to hers and just started playing

So far, it seems like this is happening only on your account, but we'd like to try some additional steps. 

Could you try connecting to another internet network and see if you're able to play Billie Eilish? 

Also, are you able to Like her songs and download them?

thats the weird part i can download and like but i cant listen to them, i tried on other internet and didnt work

Thanks for the reply.

This might be overlooked, but have you checked if you've blocked the artist? Open their profile and click on the 3 dot-menu > Click the Don't Play this button, so it becomes grayed out if highlighted.

I had the same problem, i found that when i followed Billie Eilish it allowed me to play her songs, maybe the same solution could be used here?
