I changed my phone and all my songs aren't in my library

I'm a premium user, the songs are in the old phone and in my laptop but my library in my new phone is empty.

are you sure you've signed into your new phone using the correct account, e.g. you were originally signing in with facebook but now you've signed in another way (e.g. email)?
