I have to keep resaving my songs

Hi premium user in the  US… I keep having to re-add the same songs again and again and again to my liked songs and it always says I have 895 songs. No matter what. So if I add a song again that I KNOW I’ve liked multiple times the counter doesn’t go up, so is it deleting other songs? How do I fix this? It’s really ruining my experience cause it’s just the same songs over and over.

So are you saying that his only happens with specific tracks? Does this only happen on your iPhone or on other devices too? What about the web player?

The app can never remove or add songs on its own, so more likely there is some sort of synchronization issue causing these songs to not be saved. Consider the following:

• Perform a full clean reinstall to clear any damaged cache.
• Log out and back in twice in a row to force the app to resync with the servers
• If you use a VPN or proxy network, disabled those as they are more than likely interfering with the app's communications.
