I lost the playlist between accounts while moving countries.

I lost the playlist between accounts while moving countries.

I could access the playlist displayed below on my new country account, as well as my wife, who was a contributor. Suddenly the playlist disappeared, and I could not access my old account anymore. Can you please help to see if it could be recovered somehow? It is years of sharing songs together.

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply, we've just come across this thread. 

 

Just to make sure we're on the same page, you have 2 accounts and you created a collaborative playlist with your wife (on your old account which you don't have access to) and added your new account as a collaborator as well, however you can't see it anymore. Does your wife still have access to it? If so, she can copy all songs (on the desktop app) and create a new playlist and then send  you an invite to be a collaborator. 

 

If that's not the case, could you elaborate more on what's happening? We'll be happy to help.
