It automatically stops after 5 songs

• Everytime I listen when my internet is on, it automatically stops after 5 songs but when I listen offline, it continues. Pretty sure it's not my internet because the app itself will close everytime it happens. I tried basic troubleshooting already but no luck.

If the app is crashing after a few seconds of playback, it could be related to damaged cache stored in your device from previous updates. We'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing the crashing trouble.

However, if the issue persists, could you try using a different WiFi network or a Mobile data hotspot to see if it makes any difference? This will give us a better look at the issue. 

In case the issue persists, to keep investigating, include in your next response the make, model and OS version of the device involved, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.
