Hope you don't mind us replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

What has most likely happened is that you've set up your Family subscription on new Spotify accounts. This could happen if you have used another email address or have logged in with Facebook/ Google Login. 

 

You can have a look at this FAQ page for helpful tips on finding the credentials to your original accounts. Here you can find tips on how to quickly transfer your playlists from the old accounts to the new ones. 

 

You should also cancel the existing Premium Duo subscription on your original accounts if it's still active, so you don't get charged for a subscription you're not using.
