My Question or Issue

Desde hace unos días la música se reproduce sola, una playlist extraña que no para de sonar. A veces hasta quita la música que estoy escuchando y empieza a sonar esa playlist. Es muy molesto y tampoco me deja ver otras aplicaciones. No sé que puede ser, ya cerré la sesión en todos lados y sigue pasando. Quizá algún tipo de hack, no lo sé. Necesito ayuda.

For a few days the music has played itself, a strange playlist that does not stop playing. Sometimes it even removes the music I'm listening to and that playlist starts playing. It's very annoying and it doesn't let me see other apps either. I don't know what it could be, I've already closed the session everywhere and it continues to happen. Maybe some kind of hack, I don't know. I need help.

We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This is different than a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 

If that doesn't do the trick - can you log in with another account - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist?
