My Question or Issue

Today I noticed that the major part of my library is not available anymore. It just disappeared.

Is there any way to fix that? How can I get Spotify Support on this?

Hey @OkCHip, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version. Also, let me know if your songs appear on a different device.

I'm using Spotify via Browser: https://open.spotify.com/

I tried it via Firefox, Chrome, deleted the Cache etc.

 

It's still gone. Tried the app during my free period (on Win10), but didn't like it. But it's a good idea, will re-install and see what hapens.

Short update: in the Win10 app my library was complete, and for any reason is now complete in the webplayer again.

Maybe Spotify had some bad days..
