My Question or Issue

Hi, when i go onto my Spotify account I can reach any playlist or song on my Spotify. However, every time i try and go to my liked music my phone takes me to my home screen. I’ve freed up space on my iPhone, I’ve deleted songs to free up space but nothing works. How can I fix this?

We get that you're unable to reach your 'Liked Songs' section of the app. This is odd behavior and therefore we can suggest you to start off with a a clean reinstall of the app, as this is more thorough than the normal reinstall and ensures that no cached data will cause interference with the new installation of your app. See if this will make a difference for you.

If the issue persists after the reinstall, please report to us again your current version of Spotify and include a short video of the situation. This info will help us in our efforts to replicate the issue and provide you with a better advice.
