Liked song playlist doesn't work

Liked song playlist doesn't work

Since a few days, when I try to play the liked song playlist the app gives me a generic error in the display instead of the complete list.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Have you tried performing a clean reinstall of the app as described here? It's important to share what troubleshooting steps you've gone through so we can further isolate the faulty behavior and connect it to a culprit. 

Does this experience occur on a different mobile device with your account or a different account on your mobile device?

Would you mind telling us some additional details regarding the issue? To take a further look at things, we'd require:

  • the device/platform this occurs on
  • its OS version
  • your Spotify app version (if applicable)

And, to begin some troubleshooting here, please remove your cached data as shown here, restart your app and see how it functions.

The error persist only on my android application (v8.8.52.458) on samsung s10+ device, on my PC in app the playlist works
