My Question or Issue:
I was listening to Spotify Yesterday April 7th, 2022, and I realized all 1100 of my liked songs had been deleted. They were no longer there and my library wasn't even showing up on my playlists page. All of my other playlists were completely fine except that one. I've asked around and it hasn't happened to anybody else. I haven't tampered with my account at all and no other people have access to it. What do I do????!!!
I have had Spotify premium for almost 6 years and this has never happened. I have been liking songs since I started using Spotify, and now they are all gone. This is infuriating, and their online chat help has done nothing to help me.
Hey there @GOLDENSn1pa!
Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this.
It sounds like you've already excluded the most common reason for missing content - being logged in on 2 different accounts, but since you see your other playlists as normal, we can exclude that as an option. It's still a good idea to log out > restart your device> log back in 2 times in a row to force a sync between your device and the account.
Can you let us know if you're not able to see the Liked songs list on all your devices, it's also worth logging in on a friend's phone for example to check?
You can also log in on your Account page and go to ''Apps'' in the menu on the left side. There you can see all third party apps that are connected to your account and we'd recommend that you "Remove Access" for the apps that you don't recognize, in case those are interfering with the list.

This has happened to me as well. I’m so upset. I’ve had this singular account since 2018 and had multiple playlists/liked artists and and thousands of liked songs all gone. My account is still making “daily mixes” from these artists and songs but when I look to find anything it’s all gone. Very sad
I have tried the logging out and restarting my devices and logging back in method, and there was still no change. I am still missing all of my liked songs in my library on all devices. Very upsetting because of how long I have had this account and just like that they are all gone.
Same thing happened to me too. Restarting, loggin in and out didn't work. First experienced on my Android, later on my first Win11. Got the idea to start an older Laptop with Win10, where I am still logged in, but have no songs downloaded. Before it really was able to synchronise, I saved my 2300 liked songs in a new playlist. After loggin out and in, the liked songs disappared, except the songs I liked in the past 5 days.
I have the exact same issue!
I only own 1 account (premium). The playlist in question completely disappeared from my phone, despite having been downloaded. It also doesn't appear in the browser version of Spotify. If I try to use the "recover playlist" option, it tells me that there are no playlists to recover. The playlist was 1 year old, I never had any issues with it before.
Hey folks,
Thanks for reporting this here.
@treeano, @GOLDENSn1pa, @sTito - I'd recommend you reach out to our customer support team through one of the channels here. They'll be able to have a look at your accounts backstage and say exactly what went wrong, since we don't have access to that kind of information here. The more details you give the support team, the faster they'll be able to find a solution.
@sTito, it might be a good idea to also check if you're logged in your original account. Sometimes it happens that we log in or create a duplicate account with a very similar email address or through a service such as Facebook, and it might appear that your library is gone, but in fact you're in the wrong account. Nevertheless the support team should be able to help you find duplicate accounts if there are any at all.
@Sahkara, sounds like your issue is a bit different than the OP. Can you tell us if the playlist was followed or if it was a collaborative/ Blend playlist.
Keep us posted on how you get on.
Hey there you, Yeah, you! 😁 Welcome - we're glad you joined the Spotify Community! While you here, let's have a fun game and get…
