My Question or Issue

I have a couple hundred songs in my liked playlist and I wanna delete them all at once. I’ve tried the ctrl-a method to Select all and delete and it did absolutely nothing. Is there another way I can do this? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Just to confirm, you'll need to click on a song's name in the list before using the Ctrl+A option.

If this doesn't work, it could be a temporary error. Would you mind trying each of the following steps?

• Log out and back in. 

• Check the app is up-to-date.

• Check your device's operating system is up to date.

• Reinstall the app and restart your device.
  Note: After reinstalling, you'll need to redownload any music you've made available for offline listening.
