Link local files to Spotify Instead

My Question or Issue

Years ago, I imported my entire iTunes library (mostly legally downloaded files) into Spotify. However, last year, my computer crashed and I lost all of my local files. My playlists still exist in iTunes and Spotify but NO local files play (because they're gone). SO, how can I have Spotify go out and link my songs to songs from their catalog? 80% of my songs have the correct meta data in the file names/artists/albums, etc.

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here!  

Note that it's not possible to directly import your songs from iTunes to Spotify. You'll need to obtain the local files in order to do this. Once you have them you can follow the steps here. Keep in mind that only files from official sources are supported.
