Logged into premium with wrong email & I've lost my playlists???

Logged into premium with wrong email & I've lost my playlists???

I just went premium but entered a different email to the email I was using & now all my playlists have disappeared?

Thanks for posting on the Community and welcome.

 

No worries. We suggest that you use other emails to log in and check if your Premium account is linked to one of these. You can reset the password of any account from here.

 

If you still can't find your Premium account, we recommend that you get in contact with customer support here. The right folks will check this further with you.
