Lost playlists

Lost playlists

I lost my premium account a couple of months ago with most of my playlists deleted but I still had the option to recover them, now that I bought premium again I come to find that none of my playlists are available to recover again. Are they forever deleted because that I had no premium for over 2 months? I hope there is a way to recover them. Thanks

Hey @Dvnt, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Just a heads up that changing your subscription or account information shouldn’t affect any saved content on your account. Are you able to see your playlists on a different device, if possible?

If you don’t have another device available or the playists appear on a different device or the Web Player, then could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version. Also try to see if you can recover your playlists here and if you can’t, attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing exactly.

Let me know how this goes!

Hey @Billy-J thanks for answering this fast. As I mention before, I couldn't keep paying my premium for about 4 months, before this I deleted some of my playlists but I was still available to recover them in the recover playlists option. I bought premium again hoping to recover my old playlists but It justs tell me that I haven't delete any playlists
