Lots of playlist created - Need to delete all

My Question or Issue

I notice lots of playlist was create in my account with the name [My Playlist #2,598] so now I have thousands of playlist and I need a way to delete or select and delete all this playlist I didn't create and have no idea about.

We're afraid there's no option to delete all those playlists at once. In this case, you'd need to delete them one by one. 

However, since you mentioned you didn't create them, it's recommended you secure your account by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account page and scroll all the way to the bottom.
2. Select SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.
3. Request a password reset by visiting this article.

It's also worth checking the apps that are linked to your Spotify account on your account page under Apps and remove any you don't recognize. You can find out more tips on how to protect your account here.
