My Question or Issue

Lyrics. 

I don’t want them. They’re not in sync and often wrong. Generally a bad feature—I’d turn it off if I had the choice. Instead, it’s obnoxiously peeking out from the bottom of my screen and most importantly, represents a feature that I will never want being forced into my music library. A general lack of consideration toward the end user experience has cluttered this platform to the point of unusability. I can understand for a free model, but I’m a premium subscriber—yet spotify shoves its janky user experience down my throat every time I go looking for an album. I recognize that I’m shouting into the void and that Spotify isn’t about to change anything to make me feel more welcome, but I am sure that there are enough discontent consumers, so add my voice to the pile. I’ve had enough of this garbage. Maybe I’ll go back to CDs.
