Many followed artists removed from library (but still in spotify catalog)

Many followed artists removed from library (but still in spotify catalog)

I had been "following" a number of artists. Now, they are not followed by my account and are also not a part of my library. They are, however, still included in the Spotify catalog. So many are missing from my library, but because of the way they are displayed I have no idea how many have been lost. I can only refollow the ones I recall, but that list is relatively small. I have changed no settings, logged in and out, cleared my app data, removed the app and re-added it on my phone, etc. Does anyone have ideas or suggestions? I really enjoyed using spotify but I'm pretty upset by this. Help!

First up, we suggest that you follow the steps under "Still have access to your account?" in this article. 

 

On another note, if you have Premium Family or Duo, we'd recommend asking all members to log out from their accounts and log back in with their own account to make sure they're not using your account accidentally. 

 

If after following the steps mentioned above you're still experiencing this, we suggest reaching out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a look at your account and give you a hand with this.
