Meat Puppets - Huevos has songs under wrong names

Solved!

Meat Puppets - Huevos has songs under wrong names

Hi, first informed about this roughly four years ago via email, and since no changes have been done, I'll try this route.

The album in question:

Huevos (1987)

What's wrong:

Songs are under wrong names. Correct order is as follows (Via Wikipedia😞

  1. "Paradise" (Curt Kirkwood, Cris Kirkwood) – 5:00
  2. "Look at the Rain" – 4:20
  3. "Bad Love" (Curt Kirkwood, Cris Kirkwood) – 3:10
  4. "Sexy Music" – 5:28
  5. "Crazy" – 4:45
  6. "Fruit" – 3:30
  7. "Automatic Mojo" (Curt Kirkwood, Cris Kirkwood) – 3:19
  8. "Dry Rain" – 2:55
  9. "I Can't Be Counted On" (Curt Kirkwood, Cris Kirkwood) – 3:58
  10. 1"Baby What You Want Me to Do" (Jimmy Reed) – 1:29
  11. "Sexy Music" (Demo Version) – 6:40
  12. "Automatic Mojo" (Demo Version) – 3:56
  13. "Paradise" (Demo Version) – 4:06
  14. "Fruit" (Demo Version) – 5:20

I think Tracks 10-14 are ok and under the right title. You can also use this video to compare which tracks are correct and which are not.

Hello @Bnaapi , thanks for bringing it up.

I think your best shot might be using the Report feature within the app. You click on the 3 small dots next to the song and from the menu, you'll find the button.

It's convenient because your complaint goes directly to the relevant people.

I will still add though that issues like ordering of tracks within an album could very well be controlled by the artist(s).

If the issue was there more than 4 years ago and nothing has been done, kinda makes me wonder.

Good luck in any case and take care.

Hey there @Bnaapi & @johnbalconies,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

We recommend that you head over to this page and follow the steps under Broken or incorrect content to report the tracks. We can't give you an exact time frame for when it'll be looked into, however, this will get your report to the right folks so that they can have a closer look.

Let us know if you need anything else. Cheers!

Hello @taylith! I would love to use the Report feature in the app, but at the moment it seems to (at least the Finnish version seems to) be bugged, and I can't submit the report. Is there any alternative path I can take?

How about reaching out directly to Customer service , @Bnaapi

Could you confirm if the issue is on both desktop and mobile versions of the app, you may be able to reply on one of them.

Mine works well so I hope it's a temporary problem with your app version.

Cheers

This issue is still present. I have myself submitted 2 reports and the album is still unchanged. Nearly every song is mislabeled, c'mon.

Yup,

I changed the topic not longer solved. Would be cooler if the whole issue was solved.
