Most of my library has disappeared. Only 2 playlists are available. >50 no longer visible.

not seeing my library, only 2 playlists on my macbook or phone.

Hey there @julikovats,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, it's possible you accidentally log in to a different account. In that sense, we'd suggest you check the details of the account which library you see has 2 playlists saved. To do this, you can follow these steps (if you're using a mobile device):

  1. Tap the picture profile at the top-right of the screen.
  2. Go to Settings and privacy.
  3. At the top, tap Account. There you can find your username and the email linked to your account (if any).

Since it's possible you have more than one account, we'd recommend you go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.

 

Note: Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these, the account you're looking for may be linked to one of these options as well.
