Hi there, welcome to the community!

 

My first suggestion is that you double check if you have a second Spotify account. If so, you might be logging in the wrong one!

 

Also, remember that you can use a free Spotify account in a different country or region for up to 14 days.

After that, you need to get Premium or change your account settings.
