My offline playlist will stop after 3 times. Can someone help me?

Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? 

On another note, could you let us know if the playback stops only when you're listening to your downloaded content or when you're streaming as well? Additionally and just to confirm, have you followed these specific steps to listen to your content offline? 

Lastly, could you specify what do you mean by after 3 times?
