My playlists do not update on desktop

My Question or Issue

My playlists do not update on desktop. I have tried restarting my computer, logging off and on, closing and reopening the Spotify app. On mobile, they update regularly. This mainly pertains to Spotify playlists that they create and regularly update as new releases come out. My liked songs and other playlists that I manage myself update and sync fine.
