Hey there @user-removed,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.
Just to confirm, is this happening on all devices or just a specific one?
Also, are you able to replicate this if you look at your profile while logged in from a different account? You could ask a friend or a family member to help you with this, or you could create a new account for testing purposes.
We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
This is happening on all devices. The playlists show up as public on my profile but as soon as I log out or check someone else's profile, or even use a computer or another phone, they still aren't there.
Thanks for the response @user-removed.
If it's only 3 or 4 playlists that are missing and just to be on the safe side, make sure you've added them to your profile by clicking on the three dots > Add to profile.
When it comes to followers/following, could you also make sure that you've enabled the option to Show my follower and following lists on my public profile via Settings in the app?
It'd be very helpful if you could ask a friend or a relative to search for your account on their device and then check if your playlists and followers/following lists would appear for them.
Keep us posted 🙂
I actually had this problem as well, it turns out that since I was only using the "web player" instead of the desktop installation, most of my settings didnt show up, my followers and following didnt show up, and i only had 3 public playlists showing instead of the 9 I thought were. To fix this, I finally installed the desktop app, logged in and out twice, and then I discovered half of my playlists were not public so i fixed that, and i was able to finally access some of the settings i couldnt access on the web player. I just fixed this for myself yesterday actually.
fixed 🙂
please lmk if this works for you!!
