My Question or Issue

I joined Premium today (on my laptop as the app doesn't allow signing up), logged out and logged back in on my phone.  All my liked songs are gone.  I have seen other posts say they are in favorites.  They are not.  Not in library, not anywhere. Super frustrating as I had almost 1,000 songs like over several years that took a long time to construct.  Thoughts?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

This sounds like you have created a new account or have logged in on a different one. In this case it's best to start looking for the previous account with the steps from this article. If you find the old account, you can cancel the subscription of the new one and activate a subscription on the old one.
