New folders are invisible

For some reason, I can't see the new folders I created. I've tried 5 or 6 times - all invisible. Creating playlists isn't an issue.

In general, Spotify is slow btw, the last couple of weeks, with a lot of freezing. Both on my desktop and my smartphone. I've waited half an hour though, but the new folders still aren't available.

The word 'mappen' in the attachment is Dutch for 'folders'.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

Just to confirm, are you referring to the 2 folders you showed us in the screenshot? They won't appear when you click on the main folder? We'd also like to know if you can't see them on your phone either. 

On another note, we suggest that you log out and then log back in twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your account and PC. 

If this doesn't do the trick, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app on your devices to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.
