New "artist" release appears on my main screen out of nowhere outside of my current music interests

My Question or Issue

I began using Spotify since a few days as a way to get back listening to my favorite anime songs, of which there was a lack in the local music services here.
Because my account was in India, initially Spotify wanted to offer me to listen to popular Indian songs, of which I said "No, give me Japanese/Anime songs", and began subscribing/following to my favorite artists I personally like.
Unfortunately, the system the next day began to think, that "J-Pop/Anime songs = K-Pop", and began recommending me Korean stuffs, of which I said "Stop it, or I am gonna completely dislike these "artists"".
But that's not the worst kind of thing happening on my Spotify. After I finished my working day, I opened up the Spotify app to see, if there's anything new in my Daily mixes, only to be exhausted to see an "artist" from nowhere appearing in my new releases called "Bad Bunny".

I'm sorry, Spotify, but who let you this guy to be in my main page, despite myself listening and liking over 250+ Japanese/Anime songs that I personally like?
You should give me the ones I actually like, based on your algorithms already giving me good stuffs on daily mixes, not throwing at me random garbage in the main screen, that I very likely wouldn't even dare to play this in my earphones, and would immediately hit the dislike button on the artist's page, that completely dislikes the artist and won't appear anymore in my eyes. Maybe work on that, please.

Maybe try talking with Spotify customer service... Mmm i have never heard of this, what have you tried doing? Have you tried disliking that artist, and then holding that artist down and pressing, "Don't show this,"... Or if that does not work then try blocking them, or try pressing "don't play artist."
