Hola buenas, de hace poco me pasa un problema que cuando quedo sin internet ya no puedo escuchar mi música guardada. y supuestamente sí estoy cancelando premium, no debería pasar ese error

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

That being said, we recommend you to start off with a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on the device you've noticed this behavior. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the stored cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.

 

On another note, we'd recommend removing the downloaded content from devices you don't use regularly to see if you notice any changes in this behavior. You can follow the steps in this article to do it. 

 

If this issue persists, we'd like to gather some additional information. Would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you're running there? Since you mentioned this behavior started to happen not long ago, did you notice if it started after a specific event, such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.
