Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

Let us explain a bit more of how this works. If you'd like to enjoy your playlists when offline, you'd need to download what you want when you're online. Once you've successfully downloaded the playlist that you want - you should be able to listen to it.

You can check the download status next to each song, podcast, or playlist. If it has this sign downloaded.png - it means that the download is completed.

If you see download1.png or downloading.png - it means that the downloading is not completed.

Keep in mind that on Premium, you can download albums, playlists, and podcasts, but not individual songs. You can download a single episode of a given podcast to listen to it offline, but to download songs, you have to add them to a playlist. You can also find more details about  Offline listening here.

If perhaps you can't download any content at all, we'd suggest running a clean reinstall of the app on the affected device to check if you'll notice any difference. This will get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and fixes and will remove any corrupted files from previous installations.

On another note, it's also worth doublechecking that you're on the account you pay Premium for. In order to do that, go ahead and view your plan and payments on the account page under Your plan. You should see Premium there. If that's not what you're seeing it means that you're logged onto another account and that might be the reason why you can't download songs.  If that's the case, follow the steps here to find your account.

Hope this clear things up. Let us know if you have any questions.
