Playlist Won't update

My Question or Issue

I have just uploaded quite a few songs to a playlist on my computer. On the computer the playlist has all the songs but when I try to change the name/description/picture nothing happens. On my phone and other third party web apps (like discord) the playlist appears with the new name/picture/description but no songs in it. I have waited to see if it will update but I'm just wondering if it will actually update? I can't share the playlist as it appears empty to everyone else.
