Playlist created for me causing issues

Hi, there. Thanks for reading this, will try to be brief. There's a weird Spotify account out there with a random name and profile picture. Has some random playlists promoting self-harm. In the midst of their playlists, they have added one of my Top Songs playlists created by Spotify for me.

Bad look having my name attached to that account in any way. Is there anyway I can have that playlist removed from their profile or no, because it's a public Spotify playlist?

I cannot delete the playlist or make it private as it was created by Spotify. What can I do?!

In case this is the Wrapped Top Songs playlist, it's worth mentioning that the recent ones are personalized playlists meaning every user will access their own playlist through the same link.

With this said, if you open our Community Spotify profile via this link and then click on the Your Top Songs 2021, it should show you a playlist that's made for you. Would you mind checking and let us know how it goes?

You should also see your playlist via this link.

Additionally you can even test this by asking a relative or a friend to do the same thing so you can be sure it's not your actual playlist on that other account.
