Playlist icons & users

Recently made a playlist for a palm springs getaway & noticed I couldn't enhance my playlist with more songs. Instead I seen my profile name & a +Spotify name, what does this mean about my playlist? 

Have I broken a policy? Is it being featured ? Is it popular? I'm a bit confused because I have never seen that before. 

Does anybody have any idea what it means ? it is circled in red.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! Sorry for the late reply, I just stumbled upon your post.

If you see a + Spotify next to your name when you open one of your playlists, it means that you have Enhance / Smart Shuffle toggled on. Both features add song recommendations to your playlist/queue. To turn them off:

• Enhance: open the playlist and tap the Enhanced button.
  
• Smart Shuffle: open the playlist, tap the Shuffle button and switch to regular play/shuffle.
