Playlist is missing songs

My Question or Issue

I had a playlist with over 100 songs from me and my partner. However I can't access the playlist anymore. I can see in the playlist description that I have added 50 songs, she has added 120 songs but there is nothing visible in the playlist

Sorry to see this has happened & thanks for reaching out!

Judging from the description, you're referring to a Collaborative playlist. Could you tell us if the error you're seeing is present across multiple platforms e.g. on mobile, desktop and/ or the Web Player? We'd also like to know if the issue can be seen on multiple playlists and not this specific one.

As a starting troubleshooting step, try removing the app's cached data on your affected devices by following the steps here.
Log out of the app and back in twice in a row after this to trigger a manual sync of your settings.
