Playlist keeps getting enhanced after I disable it

My Question or Issue

I keep disabling enhanced playlists and they keep re-enabling themself. I've just turned it off twice and I had enhanced songs back in there 3 songs later.

Have you tried a clean reinstall? To do that, follow the steps listed in the tutorial that I've linked.
