Playlist not appearing

Playlist not appearing

Hello, I'm a premium member and I have recently been having trouble with my playlists, an issue that is appearing on all of my connected devices. Public Playlists are not appearing on my profile apart from 2 of them, and when I am listening to them, I appear offline, even when I listen to the public ones that aren't on my profile. They are also not appearing in my public playlist section (regardless of it being public or private) as they used to appear before.

I do not have them set as "Remove from profile" or "Private playlist", and this was not an issue I had before.

I have tried logging out on all devices for an hour to see if it was a problem with the syncing, but the issue is still prevalent .

Hey @LunarLex,

Sorry to see this has been happening to you!
Would you mind logging out & back in twice in a row from any of the devices to see if that makes a difference?
(This forces a sync and might remedy the situation)
Keep us posted 🙂
Thanks!

Hello,

I'm sorry but the issue is still persisting.

Hey there @LunarLex,

Thanks for the reply.

This issue is very odd indeed. I'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app on your PC and phone, as this can be caused by corrupted app cache. You can follow this guide for best results. After that, can you create a new playlist with a few song in it, after that set it to public and click on Add to Profile? After that log out and back in. Check if that one appears on your profile as expected or if it doesn't.

It's hard to pinpoint what exactly could be causing this synchronization issue. You can try using a different network to see if that makes a difference, because using a VPN or something like a school network could be hindering the sync process.

Keep us posted on how you get on.
