Hey @debawse,

Thank you for keeping in contact.

If the songs are not syncing between devices, make sure you have the Offline mode toggled off. If so and the issue persists, we'd recommend logging out and logging back in on both devices to force the sync between the account and the device.

In case the issue persists, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

Hope this helps. We'll be on the lookout.

Hey there @debawse,

Thanks for the post.

I checked the playlist both on Mobile and Desktop and it appears to be 27 h 29 min long.

One reason for the difference you're seeing could be that you've switched off Show unplayable songs from Settings on your mobile. If this setting is off, it won't show any unavailable songs which might be in the playlist, hence the shorter run time.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

The thing is that songs added last month through Desktop, or even last year, are not visible in mobile app.

Hi, I have done all of the above with no success.

I have seen that more people experience the Same problem.

I also see that the web version of spotify does not contain these songs either.
They seem to be only shown i Windows Desktop player.

Hey @debawse,

Thanks for the reply.

Are the songs that are shown only on the desktop app local files or are they added from the Spotify catalog?

If they're local files, they can be played only on the device the files are on.

Keep us posted,

Cheers!
