Playlist plays one song then will only play random songs not in any of my playlists

Yesterday Spotify started not playing my playlists. If I click the play button on either the whole playlist or a song in the playlist, it'll play it, then stop the playlist and it'll just play random songs that I haven't added to any of my playlists. This happens on all my playlists, whether it's on random or not, enhanced or not, and it started happening at the same time on both my iPhone Spotify app and my Mac desktop app (so I'm assuming it's a Spotify issue, not an app issue since it's on two apps on two devices).

Edited to add: I also tried this on the Spotify web player and it does it there, too.

What is causing this and how do I fix it?
